Jacqueline Pfeiffer, with her tireless drive for capturing the perfect moment on the palate, has cooked for famous establishments such as the Adlon Kempinski Berlin, the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne and the Grand Hotel Gstaad as well as for 3 Michelin star chef Marc Veyrat in Annecy and last but not least for the Ocean Reef Club: the hottest billionaire’s club in Florida. She was finally awarded her third “Chef’s Hat” in the Le Ciel in Vienna and was honoured as cook of the year.

Franz Messeritsch began his career as a sommelier in Steirereck. The stations in the world of wine led him from Fritz Tösch, Sepp Sailer and Adi Schmid to the sommelier school in Heidelberg. After working at the Hotel Sheraton Airport Frankfurt he also landed a position at Le Ciel in the Grand Hotel Vienna and was finally named sommelier of the year by Falstaff. His exquisite wines, his expertise on the subject of natural wines and his wine cellar and assortment advice are widely known and in demand by wine lovers.
